| I haven't been any easy hike these days also didn't join Bill's hike for long time, so I have decided to join Bill's 'Grand Staircase' hike. This is one of the easiest hill to scramble in the Red Rock, but I have never been climbed this one. Since Bill is one of the most favorite assistant organizer for beginner/intermediate class, lots of hikers joins his hike and this hike was not exception. I started hiking with another couple of hikers who came little late. So, I took care of rear of the group. One lady started whining at the middle of hill, but fortunately she made it to the peak. We had separated in 2 groups, then Bill took half of the group to the easy way down. Sue took another half of the group to harder way down. And I joined Sue's Group. Even that was harder way, it was not so bad. Its class 3 and couple of easy class 4. Nothing serious and Fun route. |
