| This was my first paddling experience. I bought infratable Kayak for Colorado River Flotilla, but I had to learn paddling before I go there. Fortunately, there was a kayak meetup for beginner that I could join. I got there little early and paddled for couple of hours to get used to it. But my kayak didn't go straight also it was very slow. When Kayak group shows up and start paddling with them, Rose asked me why I was in the rear seat. (my kayak is 2 seater) I thought I supposed to take rear seat when there is only one person paddling, but it might be wrong. After I switched to the front seat, I could go straight and way faster. We spent some good time at the small island. But, since I had to join the camping party at Arizona Hot Springs on the evening, I left the group and head back to the beach by myself. |
